Looking for a way to manage your risks? We have a solution for you, Automated Fuel Delivery (AFD). The AFD system will give you the opportunity to eliminate trying to determine when the "best" time to buy your fuel is. With consumption billing, you will be billed the average price for the fuel for a month, rather than the price the day the fuel is delivered to your tank. You will need at least a 1000 gallon tank (minimum), if you do not have a 1000 gallon tank available, Farmers Coop will place a tank on site for you. The only cost involved in it to you is a $50 annual lease fee, plus pump and any hardware needed, excluding monitoring equipment and tank. You still have the opportunity to buy up any inventory in your tanks at any time as well as contract any fuel at any given time. Not only do you eliminate the worry of "when" to buy your fuel, you also gain the advantage of the automated delivery. With the convenience of the Cenex automated fuel delivery system, you never have to check your tank or place an order for fuel. Your tank is automatically refilled, so you have a dependable supply of top-quality Cenex fuel on hand at all times.
Here's how it works:
A fuel sensor and monitoring system are installed in your fuel tank. When your fuel drops below a predetermined level, the monitor sends a refill signal to your fuel distribution center and a truck is automatically sent to fill your tank. Plus, you can check your tank levels and monitor your fuel use and deliveries online at a secure website.
